Rikki, the founder of @thecocoonwellness retreats company, is a wellness coach with over 5 years experience in working with women globally, she facilitates intuitive healing practices, writing workshops and plant assisted therapies.

Intuitive Healer

Tiffany

Tiffany, founder of @neyoga.co.uk facilitates Yoga Nidra, mindful movement, energy healing and restorative practices. She combines these therapies to bring balance and connection with self, to cultivate inner peace, power and self love.
