Holistic Coaching Services

What makes your coaching different from other life coaches?

My coaching is holistic, trauma-informed, and fully tailored to you. I integrate tools from life coaching frameworks, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, meditation, energy work, and other spiritual practices to meet your unique goals, challenges, and personal growth path.

Can I choose which techniques we use in sessions?

Yes. Sessions are completely bespoke. Together, we decide what combination of coaching tools, holistic practices, and energy work will best support your goals whether that’s clarity, stress relief, self-discovery, or transformation. We then look at creating a coaching agreement contract.

Do I need experience with meditation, yoga, or energy work?

No prior experience is required. My approach is accessible to everyone, whether you’re new to holistic practices or have an established wellness routine. You simply choose what resonates with you, and I guide you safely and compassionately.

How can coaching be combined with Reiki or other wellness practices?

Depending on your goals, coaching can include Reiki, meditation, Yoga Nidra, or restorative yoga within the session to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, clarity, and insight. These practices are optional and integrated only if they suit your needs.

Is your coaching trauma-informed?

Yes. Sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and empowering. I work with sensitivity to past trauma, emotional triggers, and individual boundaries, ensuring your personal growth journey feels secure and guided.

Stress reduction and burnout recovery

Career or life transitions

Finding clarity and purpose

Overcoming limiting beliefs or imposter syndrome

Accomplishing Goals

How are sessions structured?

Each session is personalised. Some may focus purely on coaching conversation, while others may integrate holistic or energy-based practices. The structure is flexible and guided by what will best support your growth in the moment.

Can coaching help with spiritual growth?

Yes. I offer spiritual coaching techniques, including intuition development, chakra awareness, energy psychology, archetypes, and guided meditation to support your inner journey, aligned with your beliefs and readiness.

Is this coaching suitable for corporate clients or high-stress professionals?

Absolutely. My approach supports burnout recovery, stress management, clarity, and work-life balance. Holistic practices can be tailored to fit even busy schedules, helping professionals recharge and gain perspective.

REIKI

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing. It works holistically addressing physical, emotional, mental, and energetic layers and is often experienced as deeply calming and restorative.

What can Reiki help with?

People often seek Reiki for:

Stress and anxiety relief

Emotional balance and mental clarity

Nervous system regulation

Improved sleep and relaxation

Support during life transitions

A sense of grounding and inner peace

Reiki is not a replacement for medical care but can be a supportive complement to other treatments.

In-Person Reiki FAQs

What happens during an in-person Reiki session?

You will lie fully clothed on a treatment table in a calm, comfortable space. Using light touch or working just above the body, I guide Reiki energy through a series of hand positions. Each session is unique and guided by your individual needs.

What might I feel during the session?

Experiences vary and may include:

Deep relaxation or a meditative state

Warmth, tingling, or gentle sensations

Emotional release or a sense of clarity

Falling asleep or drifting in and out of awareness

Some people feel subtle shifts, while others notice changes over time

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

No preparation is required. Simply arrive with an open mind and comfortable clothing. You may wish to hydrate beforehand and allow yourself some quiet time after the session to integrate.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person. Some people feel benefits after one session, while others choose ongoing sessions for continued support, self-care, or deeper energetic work.

Online (Distance) Reiki FAQs

How does online Reiki work?

Distance Reiki works by connecting energetically rather than physically. Reiki energy is not limited by time or location, allowing sessions to be just as effective as in-person work. We may meet via video call, or the session may be offered remotely with time set aside for reflection and integration.

Is online Reiki as effective as in-person sessions?

Yes. Many clients experience distance Reiki as equally powerful, and sometimes even deeper, as it allows them to fully relax in their own space.

What should I do during an online session?

You are encouraged to rest comfortably in a quiet space, lying down or seated. You may listen to calming music, meditate, or simply relax and receive. A brief check-in before or after the session is often included.

What if I don’t feel anything?

That’s completely normal. Reiki works even when sensations are subtle or unnoticed. Effects may be experienced emotionally, mentally, or in the days following the session.

General Questions

Is Reiki safe?

Yes. Reiki is gentle and non-invasive, with no known negative side effects. It can be received by people of all ages and is suitable for most situations.

Can Reiki be combined with other therapies?

Absolutely. Reiki complements medical treatment, psychotherapy, yoga, and other holistic practices. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

How will I feel after a session?

Many people feel relaxed, grounded, and peaceful. Some may feel energized or emotionally lighter. It’s also common to notice continued shifts over the following days as the body integrates the session.

Reiki & Coaching Combined

Reiki and coaching complement each other beautifully, supporting both inner balance and conscious action.

Reiki helps regulate the nervous system and create space for insight, while coaching helps translate awareness into practical change.

Combined sessions can support clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

This integrative approach supports gentle, embodied transformation, rather than force or pressure.

How do I book a session?

You can book directly through the website services page or contact me if you have questions or would like guidance choosing the right session.

Do you offer packages or ongoing support?

Yes. Ongoing sessions and packages may be available for those seeking regular energetic support or deeper personal work, such as trauma-informed or holistic life coaching

Yes. Falling asleep is welcome and often beneficial in sleep-focused sessions. The intention is rest, not maintaining awareness.

Trauma-Informed & Safety Considerations

Is Yoga Nidra safe for people experiencing chronic stress or burnout?

Yes. When offered in a trauma-informed way, Yoga Nidra prioritises choice, pacing, and comfort. Participants are encouraged to modify, pause, or stop at any time.
