I am a fully insured 200 hour certified Yoga Teacher, qualified by Yoga London and registered with the Yoga Alliance. I am also a certified Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher.
For adults, I teach a mix level Ashtanga vinyasa, vinyasa flow and restorative yoga as well as meditation and pranayama techniques. In addition to public and private classes I also offer a 6 weeks beginners courses, providing clients with the perfect opportunity to find out more about the foundations of yoga to include, breath, basic standing and seated asanas, as well as meditation techniques. My sessions are playful, yet balanced; free flowing, yet focused, linking breath with movement and mindfulness; challenging the body whilst also cultivating peace of mind. I also teach slower more technical classes with beginners that may want to focus on understanding each asana, alignment and breath before joining a bigger class.
Classes are delivered in a mix on English and Sanskirt, with easy to understand demonstrations, modifications and optional hands on adjustments. You will leave feeling renewed and balanced.
When you take a private session or course, I will work with you to address your strengths and needs individually and lead you in the right direction to reach your goals. All you need is your mat and a good sized quiet space to allow free movement!
