Immersion Retreat

We will be residing in a stunning wellness spa in Naturn Valley, which is also known as The Valley of Salt. This oasis is on the edge of Cairo and is home to many alkaline lakes, salt deposits and fresh water marshes. The area was considered as sacred from as early as 2000BC and is still home to Christian Monks and 4 monasteries. Your luxurious accommodation features a private salt cave, herbal garden and swimming pool, as well as an extra private pool in the royal suite. We will also have our own private chefs who will be providing us with daily nutritious meals, home grown from farm to table.

We will rise daily with yoga and breathwork... dive deep into ourselves through reiki, Yoga nidra, meditation, cacao, journaling, self-creativity and sound. These practices will be implemented throughout our time together whilst we also explore some the great pyramids of Giza, Kayaking on the Nile and the bustling night markets.
