WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Neyoga website and provide the general terms that apply to services and products offered by Neyoga.
Please read these Terms carefully.
Browsing this website or booking a complimentary discovery call does not create an obligation to purchase any service.
Where you decide to proceed with a coaching programme or another Neyoga service, your booking may also be governed by programme details, a proposal, booking terms or a separate agreement provided to you before the service begins.

Where additional terms apply, they will be made available before the relevant booking is confirmed and will form part of the agreement between you and Neyoga.
2. Eligibility
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Neyoga services are intended for persons aged 18 or over.
By purchasing or booking a paid service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
3. Discovery Calls
Neyoga may offer complimentary discovery calls to prospective coaching clients.
A discovery call provides an opportunity to discuss:
-
your circumstances and objectives;
-
whether coaching may be appropriate;
-
the relevant coaching programme;
-
programme duration;
-
fees and payment arrangements; and
-
any questions you may have before deciding whether to proceed.
A discovery call does not oblige you to purchase coaching and does not itself create a paid coaching relationship.
Following a discovery call or direct enquiry, you may be invited to proceed with a particular coaching programme.
4. How Coaching Bookings Are Confirmed
Coaching programmes are not currently purchased directly through the Neyoga website.
If you decide to proceed following a discovery call or direct enquiry, Neyoga will normally provide you with written information relating to the programme, including where applicable:
-
the programme being purchased;
-
the programme price;
-
programme duration;
-
session arrangements;
-
payment instructions;
-
relevant cancellation rights;
-
the Coaching Agreement and Terms of Engagement; and
-
any other programme-specific conditions.
A coaching place will normally be regarded as confirmed once:
-
you have accepted the relevant Coaching Agreement or other written booking terms; and
-
any required payment has been received.
Payment alone does not override any statutory rights available to you.
5. Coaching Agreement
Clients purchasing coaching services may be required to accept or sign a separate Coaching Agreement and Terms of Engagement.
The Coaching Agreement deals in greater detail with matters such as:
-
the coaching relationship;
-
confidentiality;
-
client and coach responsibilities;
-
session arrangements;
-
communication;
-
cancellations and missed appointments;
-
wellbeing practices; and
-
programme-specific expectations.
Where a specific Coaching Agreement contains terms that differ from these general Terms, the specific Coaching Agreement will normally apply to that coaching service, subject always to applicable law.
Your existing Coaching Agreement already reflects that coaching is collaborative, forward-focused and intended to support personal and professional development.
6. Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support areas including:
-
personal development;
-
clarity;
-
self-awareness;
-
confidence;
-
accountability;
-
decision-making;
-
identity development;
-
goal achievement; and
-
positive change.
Coaching is not:
-
counselling;
-
psychotherapy;
-
psychiatric treatment;
-
medical treatment or advice;
-
legal advice; or
-
financial advice.
Neyoga does not diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, choices and outcomes.
No specific personal, professional, financial, career, relationship or business result can be guaranteed.
7. Client Responsibility
Coaching requires active participation.
Clients are responsible for:
-
attending sessions;
-
communicating openly and honestly;
-
deciding what actions to take;
-
completing any actions or reflections they choose to undertake;
-
considering whether coaching is appropriate for them; and
-
seeking professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other specialist advice where appropriate.
The coach may facilitate reflection and change, but responsibility for implementing change remains with the client.
8. Wellness Services
Neyoga may provide wellbeing practices including:
-
guided meditation;
-
Reiki;
-
restorative yoga;
-
yoga nidra; and
-
related relaxation or wellbeing practices.
These services are intended to support general wellbeing, relaxation, self-reflection and personal development.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition and are not a substitute for appropriate professional healthcare.
Participation in wellbeing practices is voluntary.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.
If you have a health condition, injury, pregnancy, mobility limitation, mental-health concern or other circumstance that may affect your participation, you should seek appropriate professional advice before taking part.
Where reasonably relevant, you should inform Neyoga of circumstances that may affect your safe participation in an in-person wellness activity.
9. Prices
The applicable price will be communicated before you enter into a paid agreement.
Prices may be shown on:
-
the Neyoga website;
-
a programme page;
-
an email;
-
a proposal;
-
an invoice;
-
a booking page; or
-
another written communication.
Prices may change from time to time.
A price change will not normally affect a contract already entered into unless agreed between the parties or required by law.
10. Payment Methods
Payment may currently be accepted by:
-
bank transfer;
-
credit or debit card through an approved payment provider;
-
payment link; or
-
another payment method expressly agreed by Neyoga.
Card payments or other electronic transactions may be processed by independent third-party payment providers.
Neyoga may introduce additional methods of payment in future, including instalment or finance providers such as Klarna.
11. Payment Plans and Third-Party Finance
Where Neyoga directly agrees an instalment arrangement, the instalments ordinarily represent a way of paying the full agreed programme fee and are not a pay-as-you-go arrangement, unless expressly stated otherwise.
If a third-party finance or instalment provider such as Klarna is used, you may enter into a separate agreement with that provider.
The provider may:
-
carry out eligibility or affordability checks;
-
determine whether finance is available;
-
set payment dates; and
-
apply its own terms and privacy policy.
Neyoga does not control or guarantee decisions made by independent finance providers.
Stopping attendance at a programme does not automatically cancel sums lawfully due under an agreed payment arrangement, subject always to your statutory rights and the terms of any applicable finance agreement.
12. Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you purchase as an individual consumer and your contract with Neyoga is concluded remotely for example by email, telephone, video call or another distance communication method you may have statutory cancellation rights.
For many service contracts entered into at a distance, the normal cancellation period is 14 days from the day after the contract is entered into. Legislation.gov.uk
Neyoga will provide relevant cancellation information before you are bound by an applicable distance contract.
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any statutory rights you may have.
13. Starting Services During the 14-Day Cancellation Period
You may wish to begin your coaching programme before the statutory cancellation period has expired.
Where appropriate, Neyoga may ask you to expressly request that delivery of the service begins within that cancellation period.
You may therefore be asked to confirm wording substantially similar to:
I expressly request that Neyoga begins providing my coaching services before the end of my statutory 14-day cancellation period. I understand that if I exercise my cancellation right after services have begun, I may be required to pay for services supplied up to the point at which I cancel, where permitted by law.
Where a service has begun at your express request and you subsequently exercise an applicable statutory cancellation right, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services already supplied, where permitted by law.
14. Cancellation After Any Statutory Cancellation Period
Once any applicable statutory cancellation period has expired and a coaching programme has commenced, programme fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Neyoga may consider exceptional or mitigating circumstances at its discretion.
Sessions or services already delivered are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
15. 12-Week Coaching Programme
The 12-week coaching programme is intended to be completed within 12 consecutive weeks.
Where a session needs to be rescheduled and an alternative date has been mutually agreed, an additional period of up to two weeks may be allowed.
The programme should therefore normally be completed within a maximum period of 14 weeks from its agreed commencement date.
Any further extension must be expressly agreed by Neyoga.
Unused sessions will not automatically remain available indefinitely.
16. 12-Month Coaching Programme
A 12-month coaching programme is intended to be completed within the agreed 12-month programme period.
Sessions should be used within that period unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed.
Any significant pause or extension must be agreed in writing.
Specific programme terms may set out additional arrangements concerning planned breaks or pauses.
17. Rescheduling 12-Week and 12-Month Coaching Sessions
Clients participating in a 12-week or 12-month coaching programme must ordinarily provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a session.
Where less than 48 hours' notice is given, the session may be treated as used or forfeited.
Neyoga recognises that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise and may make exceptions at its discretion.
Where Neyoga needs to reschedule a session, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as reasonably practicable.
18. Late Arrival
If you arrive late for a scheduled session, the session will normally still finish at the originally agreed time.
This is necessary to protect appointments and commitments scheduled afterwards.
If Neyoga is responsible for a delay, the full agreed session time will be honoured wherever reasonably possible.
19. Missed Appointments and No-Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching session without providing notice, the session will normally be treated as a missed appointment and deducted from your programme entitlement.
It will not ordinarily be rescheduled.
Exceptional circumstances may be considered at Neyoga's discretion.
20. Programme Pauses
If circumstances arise that affect your ability to continue coaching, please contact Neyoga as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, Neyoga may agree:
-
revised session dates;
-
a short programme pause; or
-
another reasonable adjustment.
Any pause or extension must be expressly agreed and does not automatically arise because sessions have not been attended.
21. Online Sessions
Coaching sessions are generally delivered online using an agreed video conferencing or communication platform.
Both Neyoga and the client are responsible for having:
-
appropriate equipment;
-
a sufficiently stable internet connection; and
-
a reasonably private environment in which to participate.
If technical difficulties interrupt a session, reasonable attempts will be made to reconnect.
If reconnection is not reasonably possible, Neyoga may:
-
continue through an alternative agreed method; or
-
arrange another time for the remaining session where appropriate.
22. Public Speaking Services
Public speaking engagements are subject to the terms agreed in the relevant proposal, booking confirmation or agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following terms apply.
Booking Deposit
A 50% booking deposit is required to secure the agreed date.
The date will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and the booking has been agreed.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 14 days before the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Travel and Accommodation
Reasonable travel, accommodation and other agreed expenses will be charged separately unless expressly included in the quoted fee.
Any such costs will be communicated or agreed in advance wherever reasonably possible.
Client Cancellation
Unless different terms have been agreed in writing:
-
if the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the engagement, the booking deposit remains non-refundable;
-
if cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the engagement, 75% of the total agreed fee becomes payable;
-
if cancelled fewer than 14 days before the engagement, 100% of the agreed fee becomes payable.
This reflects the diary commitment and preparation time associated with speaking engagements.
Cancellation by Neyoga
If Neyoga is unable to attend because of illness, emergency or another significant unforeseen circumstance, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange an alternative date.
If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, payments received for services that cannot be delivered will be refunded.
23. Retreats, Events and Workshops
Retreats, workshops and events may be subject to separate, event-specific Terms and Conditions.
Those terms may address matters including:
-
deposits;
-
payment schedules;
-
cancellations;
-
transfers;
-
accommodation;
-
travel;
-
dietary requirements;
-
health and safety;
-
activities;
-
participant responsibilities;
-
insurance;
-
minimum attendee numbers;
-
venue requirements;
-
changes to the programme;
-
event cancellation; and
-
circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Applicable event-specific terms will be made available before the relevant booking is confirmed.
Where event-specific terms differ from these general Terms, the event-specific terms will apply to that particular booking.
24. Digital Products and Courses
Neyoga may in future offer digital materials including:
-
downloadable workbooks;
-

-

-
commercially exploit it; or
-
use it to develop substantially similar commercial materials.

Separate terms may be provided where appropriate.
25. Physical Products
Neyoga may introduce physical products in future.
Where physical goods are offered, information concerning:
-
product description;
-
price;
-
delivery charges;
-
delivery arrangements; and
-
any applicable product-specific conditions will be provided before purchase.
-
Your statutory rights concerning goods remain unaffected.
26. Memberships and Subscriptions
Neyoga may introduce memberships or subscription-based services.
Before entering into a subscription, customers will be informed of relevant information including:
-
the price;
-
billing frequency;
-

-
any minimum commitment period;
-
renewal arrangements; and
-
how to cancel.
Recurring payments will not be taken without an appropriate agreement or authorisation.
Additional membership-specific terms may apply.

Unless otherwise agreed, materials are supplied for personal use only.
28. Recording Sessions and Events
Clients and participants may not audio-record, video-record, reproduce or broadcast coaching sessions, workshops or events without prior permission.
If Neyoga proposes to record an event, workshop or other session, participants will be informed where appropriate.
Where an individual is identifiable, appropriate consent will be obtained where required.
29. Testimonials and Case Studies
Neyoga may invite clients or participants to provide feedback or testimonials.
An identifiable testimonial, image, video or case study will not be published without appropriate permission.

Where required, visitors will be asked for an appropriate choice or consent before non-essential cookies are used.
35. Health and Wellbeing
You remain responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Neyoga services are not intended to replace treatment or advice from suitably qualified healthcare practitioners.
If a concern arises that falls outside the appropriate scope of coaching or wellbeing facilitation, Neyoga may suggest that you obtain support from an appropriately qualified professional.
36. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law, Neyoga is not responsible for:

changes to Neyoga services;

changes in business practices;

new products or technologies; or
